Villaverde Villa Evelyn
Located at the top of one of Villaverde’s hills, featuring breathtaking views of the whole of the north of the island, Villa Evelyn will be completed in the summer of 2024. Ultra modern and stylishly furnished, this villa is set on a plot of 4000m2, has total privacy, and is overlooked by virtually no overlooking plots.
Villa Evelyn and apartment Olivia next door have an access between the 2 properties, which can be locked. This means that the 2 properties can be rented together (and the access door left open) or rented separately (with the access door locked). Villa Evelyn features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very open plan living space with a double sofa bed, sleeping a maximum of 8 guests. Modern Micro cement flooring throughout and polished venetian plaster feature walls gives this property a wonderfully luxurious feel.
When you enter Villa Evelyn, from the private parking area, you are immediately greeted with stunning views of Lanzarote, the island of Los Lobos and also Corralejo. The entrance hall is large and spacious, with the whole of the living space double ceiling height. The entrance hall has plenty of storage space, together with a washing machine available. A modern and fully functional kitchen, set just off the patio area, means that you can enjoy your meals inside or out. All kitchen amenities are provided, such as an oven, microwave, hob, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cooking and dining accessories. The sink overlooks the swimming pool, so you can keep a constant watch on any children outside. All lighting is provided by suspended handmade concrete and solid oak lights. A raised sitting area, off the centre kitchen island, sits 3 people.
The dining table sits a possible 8 people and is made from solid wood, featuring again handmade concrete and solid oak suspended lights. The views from the dining table are simply amazing! An underfloor electricity plug is provided, so that a laptop could be connected and remote work therefore possible.
The living room features a large sofa bed and a 70” smart TV, with Netflix and other streaming sites available through a fast internet connection.
Up a few stairs into the sleeping area, are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set off a shared landing area.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The double queen size bed is fitted with pure cotton bedding and luxurious mattress, ensuring a good night sleep. The views of Corralejo can be seen from the bed, ensuring that every morning you are greeted with the views. A 55” tv is also present. Access through sliding doors, takes you out onto the exposed northern side of the property, sometimes quite windy.
The other 2 bedrooms are identical, featuring flexible 2 x 90cm beds, which can also be used as a double queen size bed. A shared bathroom with walk in shower is located between these 2 bedrooms. Access from these bedrooms is to the southern shaded side of the property, directly onto the patio and swimming area.
The swimming pool features 2 sections, a shallow 12m2 shaded section where children can sit and play, as well as a 36m2 2m deep section.
The patio has a corner sofa and table where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening apero, as well as an 8 seater dining table, under a covered pergola. The outdoor solid concrete kitchen features bbq facilities, paella hob and washing up facilities.
Up a few stairs, takes you to the sun terrace and yet another different view of the east side of the island and overlooking the swimming pool.
Up another set of stairs takes you to the roof and a shaded hot tub area, large enough for 4 people, where you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the whole of the northern art of the island. Sitting area is also possible.
